PFD is a No Dealing Desk (NDD) broker. What does it mean?

No Dealing Desk (NDD).

NDD broker works directly with market liquidity providers with no manual intervention in execution process. PFD has no dealing desk which means customers' orders are executed directly in the liquidity providers' systems. PFD's in-house developed state of the art liquidity aggregator automatically chooses the best liquidity provider from the pool and executes trades at best price for its clients.

What if something goes wrong?

PFD constantly monitors the system and the execution quality. Although the systems are robust and there are very few issues arising, PFD cannot detect all the possible problems that could happen with the thousands of orders executed every day. Although problems are picked up in the monitoring process, should traders become concerned of any unusual patterns or issues please contact PFD as soon as possible.
